If you have been having trouble receiving our emails, please verify that we have the correct email address for you. Perhaps you have changed providers and neglected to tell us. Or we might have made a typographical error in entering it in our database. Contact us by visiting the Contact Us link at the top of this page.

It is also possible that our messages are being identified as spam by your email provider. To reduce the likelihood that messages will be diverted to your spam folder, you should add lansdaleaauw@gmail.com to your contact list (or address book).

If you are unfamiliar with adding a contact, below are some helpful links for some popular email services. If you are using an unlisted provider, check for online help for your service.

It's important that the address be added to the 'online' address book (contact list). In other words, if you are using a smartphone, tablet, or desktop email program like Outlook, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, etc. to read email, it won't be sufficient to add the address to your program's local address book; it must be done to your global address book online via the service's web mail interface.

And if you're using Gmail, it's also possible for emails to get routed to your 'Promotions' ('Social', 'Updates', or other special) tab. You can either read email there, mark email as 'not a promotion', or remove the tab.
